Definition: DOJ

In a GunWiki context, DOJ refers to the California Department of Justice. The Attorney General is in charge of the DOJ.

In keeping with the focus on firearms in GunWiki, "DOJ" is almost always meant to mean the Bureau of Firearms of the Department of Justice. It is notable that the BOF was once a Division, and was demoted to Bureau status in 2007 or so.
