California AK builders

The present receiver situation in California has resulted in a lot of folks buying "not-AK" receivers who don't necessarily have the tools (or skills) to put them together.

Bear in mind that no one on this list is making an offer to build weapons in an illegal configuration. There are a number of legal ways to construct an AK-style rifle in California, and if you're looking for an illegal configuration, then don't bother contacting anyone here.
